Pretty much as in the title. Sometimes it wakes me up, otherwise it's just mildly irritating. What can I do about it?

Google Assistant settings, and turn off Voice Feedback. Saw the setting for it before. I had the issue when I removed a smart device, and it was part of a routine. Google Assistant would try to do that action of the routine, but fail. Hence the error prompt.
My specific use case might be unique but who knows. I had this exact same problem with all my google devices and it was driving me crazy. I did have a wifi mesh network. Some of my devices were connected to my main router and some to the mesh i.e. different wifi access points. I decided to unplug the mesh as I was experiencing other issues as well. I reconnected all of my google devices to the same wifi access point and now I never get the "hmm, something went wrong". Oh, and my wifi speeds improved significantly.
You sure it's not you partner? 😂
Do you want to maybe share some details, like the model of your TV?
I'd start with a factory reset and see if that resolves the issue.
Call an exorcist
how do you know it's your TV, it happens when you're asleep
Make a cross
It's a crappy workaround to a stupid problem if it's really the case that your TV is doing this and it's waking you up.. and there's no setting to stop it...
buy a smart switch, set a routine for it to turn the TV off at the wall between say 12pm and 7am.
At least it won't interrupt your sleep anymore.
Factory reset it.
The problem is the Google speech service. I had the same problem and found a way to fix it. Just go to settings - apps - look for system app called "Speech Services by Google" and disable the app. Works fine for me. The problem was, that my wired Ethernet connection interrupts while the TV is in standby.
You're definitely going to die. I don't even know why I'm warning you. You're probably already dead.
I have the same problem. Usually happens once a day anywhere between late afternoon and early evening. The only thing I can figure is it's either an update that fails to install or some device from a neighboring apartment trying to connect to it and failing (or vice versa).
Wish I could provide an actual answer, but at least you know you're not alone?
