You should not use that. They are all very slow. You can buy a streaming device
You can flash any firmware you want, just download the zip package and put in on usb stick, turn off tv, insert stick, then start the tv with power button on it and keep pressing it, until installation starts. Various firmwares can be found on TCL support pages, or user forums. Search by your tv model
