Is there a option thru adb or something so I can disable the screen format pop up while switching to a hdmi source. I don’t mind if I break Android TV functions since I only use the screen for a Apple TV.

If you're not bothered about anything Android TV on a Sony Bravia TV, you can switch it all off by flipping professional mode on (I think they still call it this). It basically turns the TV into a dumb screen with no smarts whatsoever.
