Definitely a clean setup, I'm going for something similar but even with the clock widget sideloaded it doesn't show as a widget option. I'm actually having the same issue with one weather app but not the other.
Is it possible to put this on a TCL R646 Google TV?
Will this go on a Shield or Nokia 8000 streaming box? Also, if I do a factory reset, will it go back to stock launcher?

I've been using Sideload Channel Launcher 3 and it's even more customizable.
