The Tivo stream 4k is also a good option, considering that it is now selling for $10 to $15 at some Walmart's.
Besides, the Shield, it is the only device that I have that supports Dolby Vision. It also supports, the HD audio codecs and Dolby Atmos.
It also is easy to setup control of your AVR system, one of easiest of any box that I have.
The CPU of Xiaomi Mi Box S is a step down in performance when compared to other 2 models, and has the oldest CPU that was released back in 2016. Mecool KM2 uses a CPU released back in 2018, and the Chromecast-GTV has a CPU that was released in 2019.
The Chromecast has GoogleTV which I hate, rather have regular Androidtv. GTV is basically bloatware on top of Androidtv.
So by eliminating the Chromecast from consideration, between the other two then my choice would be the Mecool KM2. More I/O port options are generally a good thing as well.

Where do you live OP?
Because some boxes like the Youin You-Box or the Homatics Box Q are also a very good option. They have an Amlogic S905X3 and the option to disable HDR for example.
Unfortunately it’s not easy to get those in the US at the moment.

I have both Km2 and Mibox. I recommend Km2. It's faster and smoother than Mibox.
