Best Android TV to use in Germany

by KBLY2000

I'm looking for an Android TV box to use in combination with a simple soundbar and an old TV (also should be available in Germany).
It should ideally be on Android TV 10 or 11 tho. Also Performance on 4k shouldn't suck.
I don't want to pay more than 100€, so no Nvidia shield or some sort.

What would you guys suggest?

I don't live in Germany, but I bought the newest Google Chromecast because I suspect that will be the longest lasting one with updates etc.

I don't trust all these different brands to keep updating their sticks. I might be mistaken, but I put more trust in Google to keep the main business (software and advertising) up to date on their own hardware. They seem to get that to keep people using their products, they need to hold their stuff up to date. The pixel 6 will be kept up to date for 5-6 years.

just buy anything in store locally. Anything Android 9 and above should be good. Buy a local brand if it is fully certified and buy a set top box for more i/o ports. Most hardware now are the same 2gb ram and 8gb storage with 1.8*1.9ghz cpu. Really you can buy anything today and should be fine, everything is sufficient and from Android 9 software and apps are mature and efficient enough to not lag. Older hardware before Android 9 overheat and make high pitched noises esp the dongles, you don't have that problem now.

Start here for official certified devices:

Personally for your price range I would go for a "box" type device, with the Amlogic S905X3 CPU, and see if any of the boxes with [SEI600] in the model number are available through Amazon or on sale elsewere to residents of Germany.
