I have Prime and Disney showing up in recommendations but not Netflix. Any idea how to add it? Settings do no give me "netflix" as option and I have Netflix actually linked to account.

Tl;dr: Netflix doesn't agree to Google terms or Google doesn't agree to Netflix terms (who knows... ?), integration between Google TV and Netflix app removed.
