a) You talking about the Synology one? Apparently there isn't one for Android TV but people say that there's plenty of other apps they can use to connect to their Synology and see their pictures.
b) Depends on the app I'm guessing. Find the appropriate app, connect it to the home server via however the app wants you to.
c) I'm guessing bluetooth isn't built into it? Maybe you can get a dongle or something if the projector has any USB ports and it might work? I'd do a bit of research into that though...
Have you tried using Google for any of this stuff?
