I've heard there's an app what you pay £30 a year on and you get a login for it I'd much rather have that if anyone knows the name all the apps I use now are filled with adds and buffer constantly. Any apps what get recommended will be appreciated

The buffer comes from being a free app, the adds come from being a free app (like facebook), if so, use the links that are less than 1.5GB in size in apps like Cinema, etc
Unless you are talking about live TV, what you're referring to is not an app, it's a debrid service like Real debrid Alldebrid or premiumize
I use Syncler+ which is on Google Play with Real Debrid, both cost money but combined it's about $50 USD a year.
