I’m sure there will be more of a market for this than Microsoft’s HDDVD.
Is the gaming features going to better with this than what’s available on the Samsung s95b?
What the hell would be the market for this chip? Most of the "new" features are wholly unnecessary. The price point is also likely too high, especially for a limited run box.
Who does Mediatek compete with in this space? I don't think I've heard of snapdragons or exynos SoCs in TVs or STBs
