Wifi went out, and I'm trying to connect to my phones hotspot so I can watch some Disney+

Whenever you put the right password, the TV will become unresponsive and just not connect, even when waiting for 5+ minutes.

If you put the wrong password, the TV will try to connect to the hotspot, but in the end of course, won't let you connect with the wrong password.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
