I am new with my google tv.
I was trying to install APK on my Sony X80J tv
I followed the online guide which instructed me to turn on developer mode and allow installation of unknown applications
However, it prompted "App not installed" every time I tried
Is Sony not allowing us to sideload apps or am I missing something?
Can anyone advice?
You are probably installing app that is not intended for android tv, or has different arm structure. Basically just an app not supported by your tv and os combo.
Make sure it's not the 64bit version. Sometimes unsupported apps are actually not supported.

Seems it is just because my tv is running out of storage....
The only one that could have worked would have been armeabi-v7a
Can I install apple music apk ?? If so please let me know which version is best. Thanks in advance
Also make sure you're not trying to install a different version of an app that's factory installed that is older or has a mismatched signature.
