For Netflix - only the ones that are MeCool-in-name-only and are really made by SkyWorth, i.e. the MeCool KD3, KD5 and KM2.
All that have Android TV on board are certified by Google. Most are certified for Prime.

Amazon in HD but no Netflix. They are Google certified.
I was just checking and I saw that the Mecool KM2 fully supports Netflix 4K HDR and is google certified.
