How to know the currently playing video quality? For example Firestick has the developer tools app, when turned on, it will display the currently playing video resolution at top right?

There's no system-wide tool/app to know video quality in Android TV afaik (I don't think there's an app for this in play store either)
The way to know video quality is unique for each streaming apps.
For Netflix, press the info/display button on your remote (if there's one available) while playing something.
