This looks like an issue with the decoder on your device or an unsupported codec. Try using a different external player like MX player or VLC.
More information would be required to help you more.. like what model of Android TV device are you using. What codec and specifications of the file you are trying to play. And what actual specific players you have tried to use

Anyone have solution for this. Have ATV9.0 on my Phillips TV. Latest MX player with codecs.
What's the file source? Is it a Dolby Vision web-dl?
