You need to download the apk mirror from
Apkmirrror.com
either needs an ARM v7 or ARM 8 (iirc)
Then download the "send to tv" app on both your phone and the Google TV.
Then send the file, then download a file manager and find the apk on your local device.
Give the file manager permission to install.
This is until they allow it back on the app store.
Apparently they removed it and now it's under review, I hope it's to fix all the issues with stutter, Moonlight works way better.
