Onn is probably the best long term pick here because it's got more updates and is on Android 10. $20 is great, the remote is about top 2 best android tv remotes currently. Very customizable and supports LineageOS. TiVo Stream 4K at $10 or less is also a great deal, but Onn overall is better https://www.reddit.com/r/AndroidTV/comments/q9mfz8/list_of_customizations_for_walmart_onn_4k_box/
I have the TiVo Stream 4K (took a gamble when it was on clearance for $15) and it has been great so far. The only thing that I can't get it to do is to direct play 4K remuxes from Plex. It says it can handle the H.265 codec natively in the specs but for some reason it won't do it through Plex.
I have a UGreen USB 3.0/Gigabit Ethernet hub attached via the micro-USB port and I get ~300Mbps download speed. (Which plenty for remuxes and my 200Mbps internet).
As a side note I did "De-TiVo" the device since I don't have TiVo or Sling services. Not up to par with my 2015 Nvidia Shield TV but for $15 I wish I would have bought another.
The main difference is the TIVO has Dolby Vision and full streaming Atmos support. Also the TIVO will let you add device storage. ONN disabled that for some reason. Tivo is stuck on the old Android TV UI. Onn has the better remote. They are pretty equal performance wise.
To me the ONN UHD is the budget device of the year. There has never been a device this good for the price.
