Hey guys, Recently bought a 65" TCL TV 65C715K and it suddenly showed me that picture when i turn it on. Impossible to access the UI or reset factory. I thought it was an issue with the bluetooth remote control pairing so i bought a new remote control but still, can't pass that screen. Has anyone seen this? Can someone help?
Have you actually tried pressing the highlighted buttons to pair the remote?

Ok so it seems that it is a system issue. I contacted TCL and they forwarded me a software update that i downloaded into a USB drive. Instruction was to plug the drive to the TV and restart by holding the power button until light flashes.
TV updated automatically and i was able to restart and re-configure the TV.
However, there was no sound and the app downloaded (Shopify, Disney+, etc...) could not load or were crashing. I tried to power off the TV with the remote, but it got stuck again on the "power off" screen.
So i called TCL again and they are now sending a technician (dont know when yet)

That looks like a picture of an Apple TV remote. Do you have an Apple TV hooked up to your TCL TV by any chance?
Everyone has problem with TCL tv. What a worse brand
