The video source will be a folder on my network, where I have a few (dozens...) 2160p HDR videos. But I could add them as a youtube playlist, if needed to use this as a source.
Is there one app to do this? Something like Aereal Dream, but I want my own videos.

I bought this awhile back per recommendations here, haven't regretted it since. You should be able to use a local folder, might need to mount as network storage on TV first.
Bonus, you can use multiple sources...and Aerial Dream can be a source too :)
