Hi! Anyone else had this problem?
Bought a movie on Google Play Movies. Shows up in the app on my phone and tablet, however does not show up on my Chromecast with Google TV stating that it's still for sale and if you click on buy it says processing purchase?
Had this with one other movie that took about 5 days before it was in my library on the Chromecast. I've rebooted and everything else possible yet still the same result. This has only started since the last update?
Any ideas?
Yes, I had this happen to me even prior to the last update. I bought a TV show series. I could watch the episodes on my phone, but the episodes did not appear in my library on my CCwGTV. I contacted support. I think that they said that the episodes were not in my library on the TV because I had used an alternate payment method (different credit card) than my default card for the family. The episodes eventually appeared on my library on the TV. Not sure if the support person pushed each episode or if there was just a long lag.
