Can't figure out if there is a HDMI-CEC setting on tv. I have the Costco TCL 55S434 and plugged Roku Streambar Pro into the HDMI (ARC) and I can't power it on/off with roku remote.

You need to press this sequence: Home (5 times)>>fast backward>>d-pad down>>fast forward>>d-pad down>>fast backward. Then a menu screen will show up with the option to enable CEC. And don't forget to update devices list in Settings>>System>Control other devices (CEC) as well

That's an Android TV right? Why are you in Roku settings to change the Android TV's CEC option?
