I would never buy any Chinky made boxes again ,theyre badly made ,malware is pre installed...no legit licensing for any Hardware ..overheat ,cheap components, overpriced scammers ... Had 4 different ones ...all had problems. Got a Shield now ...works a dream , DV and Dolby Audio are Licensed ,and 100% more stable .👍

Buy Chromecast with Google tv. Stop buying Chinese boxes
Check if there are more updates as it doesn't always apply to the latest all at once, update Android TV launcher also in the play store to latest version, or even try wiping the cache in recovery mode.
