I am willing to buy a TCL P725 tv it has Android 11 in it but I was just wondering if this tv will or already got the new Google tv UI? Because other TVs like Xiaomi P1 already got the update and it looks so damn cool!

Xiaomi TVs don't feature Google TV. But they can get Google TV inspired UI. It is still Android TV, though. And yes, every Android TV with Android 9 and up will get the update. Note it just depends if you live in one of the supported countries. Where are you from?
it more of a launcher update, you will probably get it. but trust me, it takes a while after the tv launches as it has to load the show images and animate them. The old UI was muchfaster. this is a con rather than a pro. and i don't think you can escape it
