Bluetooth? IR? Some of the install guides skip over the remote pairing, looking for straight-forward method to set up a community-tested remote.

Well I’m using my surface pro 6 keyboard Bluetooth and keyboard works better than any remote. I just use remote to switch on and also use philips tv app.
