To be exact, I'm using a Sony xm4. And the "solution" of to go to option and deactivate sorround sound do nothing ... Sometimes if I start watching something with the tv speaker and then I switch on my headphones, I can hear thru them .... Is it a codec issue? Netflix , YouTube and amazon prime work fine
Turn off surround sounds. If that doesnt work just turn off and turn back on your headphones after you have started the video.
Disney+ here and same issue. Using Anker Liberty Air 2 Pro. Turning off surround sound hack not working. Searching indicates it my be a DRM issue with Disney and Bluetooth. Curiously when choosing English with Audio Description the sound works, no other language option works.
YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify, no problems.
Turn off surround sound.
