You can always plug in a Chromecast with Google TV
Bravia has Playstore. You can install apps from there or side load through browser.
Your TV's called a "Internet TV'. It has Ethernet, Screen mirroring support & some built-in apps : but it's not a "Smart TV" (since there's no OS). There also no Bluetooth.
The best thing you can do is plug an streaming device of your choice in one of the HDMI ports.

EDIT: Don't know why this is being downvoted. Some Sony Smart TVs released a few years back don't come with Android TV and doesn't offer a way to add extra apps, hence why I was asking for the model (which OP later edited his post to include).
Best way to add Android TV onto it is something like a Chromecast with Google TV or any other Android OS TV box that's available in their country.
