It can connect just fine, but every 5 minutes it hops off and 10 seconds later it jump on again. I can't download any updates because it disconnects in the middle of it, so it has to start over and whatnot. I've tried a hard reset, we're approx 3 meters from the router, which I've tried changing to another. It's only the tv that disconnects nothing else. Anything I can try?
While you could try to find possible wifi problems, I think easier at start would either try connect with cable, or you can also install updates with usb flash. I use this site to find latest update: https://toengel.net/philipsblog/firmware-download/
