One of my biggest joys of owning a Sony Bravia Android TV was playing Spotify and then changing the input to my game console and the audio from 2 would remain and replace the console’s audio. I can’t seem to do that anymore, please help! Now when I switch the input while playing Spotify, the audio of the input i changed to remains as opposed to Spotify’s audio.

Last time I was in the developer tools section of my Nvidia shield tv, I think I recall a setting about music or videos playing in the background. I'm not 100% sure but maybe check that?
Depending on your game console you should just be able to stream Spotify from there. Ps4/5 atleast to my knowledge will allow this.
This app got downgraded.
