I notice frame drops at scene transition when viewing in 4k. For some reason my input is forced to hdr10 where the native app is dolby vision. Could be a widespread playback issue.
What are the HDMI ports on your TV set at (auto, 2.0)? I don’t use D+ but do get Netflix in 4K with my onn box.
Do you get 4K with other services on the box?
