You probably have the resolution set too high. Streaming apps often use lower resolution automatically to save bandwidth. Which is why they work for you

Unless you are using a streamer in which case you need to change your HDMI cable or reseat it. I should also point out that broadcast TV through antenna, cable or satellite dish is rarely higher resolution than HD which often works on a tv with the resolution set too high as the tv usually defaults to the resolution of the media being broadcast

The picture is so bad babies killed themselves. 😂

I had a similar issue on my TCL TV. What fixed it for me was going to advanced image settings, looking in clarity and changing the gradation clear to low or off.

I would say those dolls are possessed by the devil and they are trying to send you a message.

Go to manufacturer's webpage choose your model and get the instructions to reset to factory defaults. They may also have an update, do it.

If it didn't work contact support. TCL have a great support. They will ask for a lot of things, like photos, movies, information about the device, etc. But if it's a faulty device they will change it or return full money.

If it’s Google TV my chrome cast does that sometimes til it’s rebooted.

Unplug the power from the TV for 2 minutes. If that doesn't fix it, then you have have installed a corrupted update. Maybe try patching the latest tv updates and see if that fixes it. Last resort is a factory reset

Is there option to downgrade, maybe that helps

It looks like the video chip on the built-in Chromecast is a problem. If you still have a guarantee then they should replace it for you otherwise I would just buy a Chromecast and plug it into the HDMI
