Recently got a JVC 42" FHD LED Android TV and was wondering what's the best sound settings people would recommend because the preset sound settings isn't the greatest and was wondering if i could make it better.

There's no info about TV's audio in JVC's website.
Best to get a soundbar/ AV receiver
U have tons of options. Tvs have gone to cheap out on speakers to get u the best value on the screen assum5u would buy something else. Which makes sense. If u can afford a $300 tv, them: be happy with the sound we give u, u buy a 10k tv them: u probably have a 3k Soundsystem at least.
TVs in general don’t have great speakers in them.
And if you’re buying a 1080p TV in 2022, it is an ultra budget model. So even by TV standards, the speakers will be the cheapest crappiest stuff that JVC could source.
Basically, there is nothing you can do to improve the built in audio.
You can buy a sound bar for better audio. Personally, I prefer to buy stand alone stereo speakers rather than a sound bar:
The built in speakers will never sound acceptable.
Get yourself a soundbar at the very least
