Tried VLC for Android, but there's no option for usb-camera. With Google Duo or another video calling app you get video stream from usb easily, but menu overlap it. I need only live stream from usb-camera and full-screen.

Try a usb webcam app from the play store.
You just plug it in, at least that's how it works on my nvidia shield
