Hi, never had an android box and know nothing about android box. I want to change my NUC pc I have on my main tv.
I would like to be able to stream and most importantly, I need to run uTorrent. It will need to be able to stream movies from a personal NAS I will install in here
Am I asking for too much? :)
The best Android box that can achieve all you want, by a mile, is the Nvidia shield.
Install Stremio and you will never look back. It is THAT GOOD! Once installed install the Torrentio Add-on from within the app.

Personal NSS? You mean a NAS? Any good NAS will be able to torrent for you using many of the major torrent clients. If you have a NAS you don't need to do anything except torrent directly to the NAS and then stream all your movies/tv from the NAS to literally any android box using players like Nova, Kodi, VLC, etc.
uTorrent is a no go unless you're using a vpn
