Buy a new TV. Or wait and pray the manufacturer actually cares enough to push an update out. Think only Sony has committed to actually providing full OS version updates, everybody else just does the bare minimum and pushes only security patches out.
I don't think you can.. I am stuck at android 9 too,
Btw u can get a android tv stick with Google TV if you really want to update but if the stick has less ram than your TV or you can't spend on such stuff then obviously don't.
Depending on the TV, you can flash a ROM/firmware. XDA usually provides OTA update files for free. I have Android 11, with the January 2022 patch, on my TCL R646
For what? There is no new functionality in Android TV 10 compared to Android TV 9
It's entirely upto your device/tv manufacturer.
