TCL Android 4-series tv is flashing white text in the lower left corner. Tried doing a factory reset and it won't do it -when I get to the "Erase Everything" and click it, nothing happens. Any ideas?

You can try using adb shell and adb -wipe_data command .
Does yours have a reset button on the side. Like around the usb port? If it does push and hold until it turn off and back on then release
