Just bought a non certified Android10 box. And the Playstore app is very outdated (with the old ui). And I can't install the latest PlayStore app. How can I update this to the latest (with the new ui)???

The current UI may not be available on that kind of device since it's probably not actually running Android TV.
Since you just bought it, I'd return it. This is what you get when you buy knock-off boxes like that. Get a certified box and you can use real, up-to-date official software and apps.
