That layout is a server-side update & "slowly" rolling out to other countries.
It'll automatically be available on your device. Keep "Android TV Core Services" & "Android TV Home" apps updated & wait for it.
For now, the only way to get it temporarily is to use a vpn & set location to USA.
Do not recommend the new Google TV Home launcher. For unknown reason, that apk doesn't even start on my box.
I use VPN from time to time to get this UI but it never stays this way. Not here to give you an answer but I will watch this thread as I also want this to stay.
