After attempting to update to Android 10, I received the image below on reboot. When restarted the logo comes up. but then immediately goes to the screen below.
I contact MeCool support and was given instructions and a file. The device will not accept the file from any of the options you see in the blue screen. When i replied to MeCool with my issue, Communications on their end stopped. The red box you see is where the cursor was when i took the screen shot.
Any suggestions?

what file did they give you?? Is it a pure Zip file or is there an "img" file inside the zip file?/
What device did you copy the file to, microSD card or pendrive???
Disregard....... not an img file.
This is the "img" file to use with the Amlogic USB burning tool. I always use this method for swapping firmwares.

I have a dozen different Mecool boxes, besides dozens of other Android boxes. I swapped firmwares dozens, if not hundreds of times in the last 8 to 10 years. I have not bricked one.
Ok, I found the "img" file for you KM3. You have to use the Amlogic USB burning tool to install it.. This is the method that I always use.....
