Upgrade system on Philips android TV

Hey

I have a problem with my philips android tv. I reset the system, then I couldn't login into my google account, but I solved the problem. BUT another problem showed up, which is I couldn't find IPTV Smarters on google play. My current android sysytem is QM152E, and I have the latest version (2018).

I checked on Philips website, and I found that I have the latest version for my TV model.

So, How to upgrade the system and change it from QM152E to a new system?

Because, if my current system from 2018, then many apps will disappear now or later, so the TV will be useless.

Pretty much at Philips mercy. Welcome to one of if not the worst aspect of the Android ecosystem.

For any TV Firmware upgrades for your model is best to contact Philips Support.

As for Smarters, it is removed from the play store that's why you can't find it.
