Today I bought an android tv and it has the google assistent. When I ask it to play something on Netflix or prime it works but when I ask it to play something on Disney plus or HBO max it just returns information about the show and the suggestion to install the Disney plus/HBO max app even though they are already installed and I'm logged in. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
This happens so often for me using CCwGTV and Nest Hub 2. Google Assistant commands often actually get to the video/app you want, it just doesn't autoplay for whatever reason. They really need to figure this out, as it defeats the purpose of using the assistant and encourages you to use a remote, which is sad.
