Hello guys! I recently purchased a TCL TV 32S5200 (it should run android TV R 11.0) and need to activate restrictions for app download. The problem is that the option Security & restrictions is nowhere to be found. On TCL website it says it should be under Device preferences between Usage & diagnostics and Accessibility . What did I miss?
If there is no such options, is there some app I can install to restrict access to apps?
I have been using "restricted profile" feature on a TCL TV for a quit long time , but for some reason after i reset "factory reset" the TV, the features is no longer there, cant find it .
I suspect that the software Auto update was off , but when i reset the TV it installed the latest version of Android TV that do not contain the restricted profile feature .
So , is there any way to activate the restricted profile feature. if not , what alternative do we have to restric a specific app exactly " youtube " .
