It's a bit of a minefield finding hardware that's supported, you're probably better off getting a cheap enigma2 box and then using that to feed the stream to ATV
HDHomerun + Nvidia Shield? Or maybe some USB tuner with the Shield?
Look into a company called geniatech. I think their latest box is called The Nextgen ATSC3.0 Android STB.
