Usb remotes work. Reset your tv.
It's recovery mode , use the up/down or vol+/vol- buttons to navigate , and ok button if found on your TV Remote won't work .. It's the same as when your phone is on recovery mode , the touch screen won't function , only volume and power buttons can make selections
Keyboard might work too as some of the replies I've seen here
Use an USB keyboard.
