Streaming Box to use with NAS?

Good day,

I'm looking for a streaming Box/Stick, tho I will only use it with media from my local NAS Server. also it must support connecting to Bluetooth headphones.

I did some research and found these:

Chromecast with Android TV, Ruko Ultra or Premier Plus and Xiaomi Mi Box TV. what do you guys think id the best one here?

Walmart's Onn Android TV 4K box for $20. It's the best thing you can get except for the Shield, which is a lot more expensive.

If you have any videos with the VC-1 video codec, avoid any Amlogic based media players. Unless you are transcoding them with the Jellyfin server.
