Hey guys I recently came across a bug with the Onn. UHD/4K box's latest update and it seems other people are seeing it as well. HDMI-CEC is broken on Samsung TV sets after installing the 4/08/2022 update so last night I decided to do some digging to find Onn. support online and it turns out, it's mostly just contacting Walmart's customer service. There is NO, I repeat no Onn customer service portal for their streaming devices despite what people might say online or you might get from a Google search but there seems to be at least one direct way to contact them: a Facebook Messenger profile page where I assume you can contact the Onn. social media people.

(That just sends emails to help@walmart.com or customerservice@walmart.com so you may just want to send them email from your Walmart.com registered email)

You can also use the Walmart Live chat to quickly speak to an agent and report the issue directly to them. Just give them the link to the product and your order ID and they will forward your message to the "right people".

I've already reported the bug to their customer service but if anybody wants to get this fixed faster for their Samsung HDTV, you may want to contact them as well or for any other issue.
