On TV and streaming machine both check: Menu/ Display . Turn dolbyvision OFF.
Either hdmi cable or you are running dolby vision movie and your TV or box dosent support it
Another idea (I'm not at home, nor do I know if this still exists on modern tvs) is that there is a 'tint' setting where going one way makes the screen more purple, and going the other makes it more green. Playstation would use HDMI and some TV's retain their picture/display settings per input. Do you have kids that messed around with the picture settings, maybe? I think that would also affect you streaming app selection screen, too, though.
That's because you are trying to play Dolby Vision on sdr. Turn on Dolby vision from settings if your tv supports it. If not, HDR10 will work fine too, there isn't that much difference unless you have a tv that can reach upto 1000 nits.
