Google Opinion Rewards apps on Google TV

Can't seem to find Google Opinion Rewards apps on Google TV Play Store. Tried sideloading the APK and managed to install.

However, when I launch the apps, can't seem to select the button Continue as <Google account>.

Anyone managed to install Google Opinion Rewards apps on Google TV platform?

Why would you want rewards on TV?

Not all apps work on Android TV. Not even if sideloaded.

Best bet, get a phone with a good "Desktop" mode and connect that to your tv.

Take into account that smartphone apps won't work properly on Android TV if they haven't been optimized for the platform.

Try to use a USB mouse or a wireless mouse to move around the interface.
