You can only pair Onn with Google Home mini by Bluetooth. Then set up the rest on mini to stream the sound from paired devices
It's not a feature to play audio from video sources on any Android TV device. Google was said to be working on this for a few years but nada. Maybe you can set the mini up as a Bluetooth speaker.
