does anyone have a custom ROM for a skyworth HY4002 I can't use it because it was from izzi telecom and ask for payment of the TV subscription.

investigate which chipset it uses and you might get lucky with finding android for it.

If it has upgraded to android 10, you might be able to do something with it. If it is still on android 9, probably not. But even if it has android 10, it won't be easy and will involve taking it apart and several hours of work. So it is probably not worth the time.
