Is it possible to install google tv launcher on onn tv box ?

Like one person said, Google TV has many ads. Heck, my X850C from 2015 has just as many ads as my Google TV device!

Yes, it's possible.

  • Make sure you have the latest version of "Google app for Android TV"
  • Download the latest version of "Google TV home" (from apkmirror) to your phone or PC (the device you're gonna do debugging from)
  • Disable the default launcher (via adb)
  • Install the "Google TV Home" apk (also via adb)
